I know many of us are feeling it right now.

The background noise of the world.
The heaviness of collective grief.
The quiet exhaustion of trying to keep life moving while holding so much.

When things feel like this, decluttering can sound like just another thing to do.

But the intention behind the spaces I hold isn’t productivity or perfection.

It’s breathing room.

A place to slow down, clear a little space around you, and reconnect with the steadiness inside you - so you can keep showing up for your life and the people you love with a little more calm and clarity.

An in-person workshop to reset your home and mind through simple, supportive decluttering practices.
