Hi friends,
I know many of us are feeling it right now.
The background noise of the world.
The heaviness of collective grief.
The quiet exhaustion of trying to keep life moving while holding so much.
When things feel like this, decluttering can sound like just another thing to do.
But the intention behind the spaces I hold isn’t productivity or perfection.
It’s breathing room.
A place to slow down, clear a little space around you, and reconnect with the steadiness inside you - so you can keep showing up for your life and the people you love with a little more calm and clarity.
If that kind of support would feel helpful right now, I have two small gatherings starting next week:
✶ Sensitive Families: Decluttering Workshop
Co-created with Amy Lajiness, this small group workshop is for parents navigating sensitivity, overwhelm, and family life - with practical tools and compassionate support.
✶ Clutter to Clarity – Salisbury Centre (Edinburgh)
An in-person workshop to reset your home and mind through simple, supportive decluttering practices.
If now isn’t the time, that’s completely okay too.
Take care of your nervous system first.
With gratitude,
Rebecca
PS. If what you’re really needing is steady support and gentle accountability, my membership Circle of Joy is a place we come together each week to create gentle momentum forward.
