"A small pause can change the whole rhythm of a home"

Hi friends,
One of the most helpful things Amy shared in our recent conversation was this:
Build in buffer time.
A small pause between tasks. A moment for the nervous system to settle before moving into the next thing.
For sensitive children - and parents - these tiny pauses can make a real difference.
Less reactivity. More steadiness in the home.
It’s one of the gentle practices we’ll be exploring in our Sensitive Families Decluttering Workshop co-created with Amy Lajiness, beginning this Wednesday.
We keep the group intentionally small so families have space to share and receive support.
There is currently one scholarship place remaining for families who need a more accessible option.
With gratitude, Rebecca

Welcome to a space where your sensitivity is honored, not hidden.
For sensitive souls ready to declutter with gratitude and create space for what truly matters. This is a calm, supportive space to let go - not only of physical belongings, but of the emotional and energetic weight we quietly carry - and to begin again with clarity and compassion.
