If January has felt tender, this is for you đź’›

"You don’t have to feel ready to begin again."

Dear friends,

If this year hasn’t started the way you hoped, you’re not alone.

For many of us, January has carried tenderness - disappointment, grief, uncertainty, and the quiet letting-go of expectations we once held.

Begin Again was created for exactly these moments.

It’s a gentle, 28-day gratitude journey I’ve been shaping slowly over the past year - alongside my dear friend Sarah - not as a reset or a push forward, but as a place to land.

If you’re curious, I’ve shared a short unlisted preview of one of the daily gratitude prompts here - just a few quiet minutes to get a sense of the theme and pacing:

This isn’t about positive thinking or bypassing what’s hard. It’s about grounding first.

Before we set goals, we ground.
And we ground with gratitude.

This season, we’re also opening a small, supported group that begins this Sunday (11/1) — for anyone who feels called to be held gently by community as they move through the practice.
There’s no pressure to share, perform, or be “okay” — just quiet accountability and care.

If you’d like to join us, I wanted to share a quiet last call for newsletter readers - with a small thank-you gift:

If now isn’t the right time, that’s okay too.
Even reading these words is enough for today.

With gratitude,
Rebecca

PS. I’m rarely on social media, but I do share reflections, events, and membership themes over on my Substack, if you’d like to join me there ❤︎

For sensitive souls ready to declutter with gratitude and create space for what truly matters. This is a calm, supportive space to let go - not only of physical belongings, but of the emotional and energetic weight we quietly carry - and to begin again with clarity and compassion.
