I’ll be honest - I’ve had a wobbly start to February.
I’ve been feeling stretched between solo parenting, hosting guests, new work schedules, kids’ term break, and anticipatory grief. It’s been a heady mix, and not gonna lie - my well-intended habits have taken a backseat. Device creep has been sneaking into my sanctuary, and as they say, it only takes two days to fall out of a habit...!

The other night, as I reflected, I realized something: I’ve been putting everyone ahead of myself. I feel like a duck - calm on the surface, but frantically paddling underneath.
But here’s the thing: life is a constant dance of choice. Instead of the usual self-loathing & berating myself, I’m choosing to get curious. What will create inspired action? What tweaks do I need to make to get back on track?
And I wanted to pop in here because life is hard - but it’s so much easier when we do it together.
