✶ A tender March… and something new to begin ✶

"When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." - Viktor Frankl

Hi lovely,

March has been one of those quietly full months…
the kind where a lot unfolds beneath the surface, and then suddenly you look up and realise how much has shifted.

I’ve just wrapped up three courses this week, and I’m feeling so grateful for the spaces we created together - slow, honest, and deeply supportive.

I also had the opportunity to take part in a residency with the University of Edinburgh earlier this month, exploring themes around legacy, living, and keeping death close - it felt so nourishing to create alongside brilliant minds.

A tender note from this month

Alongside all of this… it’s also been a tender month with a few unexpected plot twists.

We had to cancel our Japan trip, which means missing my mom's 70th celebration 🥲

And while that’s been hard to hold, I’ve been reminded - again and again - of what this joy-focused way of living teaches me.

It doesn’t protect us from life’s changes…
but it does gently expand our capacity to meet them.

To hold both disappointment and gratitude.
To stay open, even when things don’t go to plan.

One of the most moving moments was watching my sensitive daughters process the news in their own way… they chose to bake.

No forcing, no rushing past the feeling - just being with it, together.

There was something so quietly powerful in that. A kind of gentle resilience I’m not sure I had at their age.

One of my favourite parts of this month has been witnessing the transformations inside the spaces I’ve been holding - here's a glimpse from Shelby's gorgeous reel from her first session during Sensitive Families Decluttering Workshop! 💛

Something new (and quite special!)

I’m really excited to share that I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes with KonMari Inc. to help design a brand new programme…

Into the Fold by KonMari

This is the first time this kind of live workshop is being offered in this format - and it will only run once this year, facilitated by my friend & colleague - Helen Youn!

If you’ve been wanting to tidy your home (and life), but feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin… this is a supported, gentle starting point.

We’ll begin with clothing - creating space not just in your wardrobe, but in how your home feels as we move into spring.

If it’s been on your mind, this could be your moment to begin.

I also have a 50% off code available - just reply to this email and I’ll send it your way 💌

If you’re craving ongoing support…

If decluttering has been quietly calling you, but you know you need gentle, sustained accountability (not pressure)…

My Circle of Joy membership is a space you can drop into each week - for calm resets, co-working, and being held in the process.

You don’t have to do it alone.

March has reminded me that this work is never just about our homes…

It’s about creating space for the life that’s waiting underneath it all.

If you’re feeling that nudge - even just a little - I’m here.

With joy,
Rebecca 💛

P.S.

I’ll be taking a little break from teaching in April to focus on Into the Fold and creating space for this new offering 🌿

The next round of Joyful Legacy Decluttering will begin in May (with two time zones!)

For sensitive souls ready to declutter with gratitude and create space for what truly matters. This is a calm, supportive space to let go - not only of physical belongings, but of the emotional and energetic weight we quietly carry - and to begin again with clarity and compassion.
