“There is a land of the living and a land of the dead and the bridge is love, the only survival, the only meaning.”

Hi Reader,
This one may be for you. Or it may be for someone you love.
I recently joined a small group of contributors in The Widow's Treasure Chest, a free collection of guides, audios and tools for women navigating life after losing a partner.
It was created by Melissa Moreau, a widowed CPA and founder of Serene SunShowers, who believes you don't have to choose between honoring your grief and creating a meaningful life.
There's one part of this I find especially moving. For every new subscriber, Melissa will donate $1 to the Sudbury Food Bank, up to $1,000. She chose it because it was one of her late husband Tom's favorite charities.
In my work, that is exactly what legacy looks like. Not the things we keep, but the love we carry forward.
My own gift inside is What Can Wait, a gentle audio guide and workbook for the home and belongings after loss. It's about what can safely wait, what helps now, and making room for life again, at your own pace.
You'll also find resources such as:
Who Am I Now? An Identity Reset
Nervous System Regulating Tools
Hygge Through Grief: Finding Calm, Comfort, and Connection in Seasons of Wintering
Finding Your Financial Footing Guide
The Widow's Treasure Chest is free, and registration closes November 15.
If someone comes to mind, a sister, a friend, a mother, please feel free to forward this. Sometimes the kindest thing we can offer is a quiet resource, and no pressure to use it.
Welcome to a place where your memories are honoured.
